VONDEL USER EXPLICIT CONSENT STATEMENT FOR THE CHAT MODULE

I have read the Vondel User Privacy Notice within the scope of the processes carried out by Yiğit Ünalan, operating under the name "Vondel", located at İdealtepe Mah. Cuma Sk. Elif İdealist No: 1 İç Kapı No: 5 Maltepe/İstanbul and registered with the Küçükyalı Tax Office under tax number 9120309518 ("Vondel"). I consent to my personal data listed below, falling within User Activity Information and Special Category Personal Data (Health Information):

"the messages I write in the chat module and the health information I share in these messages, together with my health profile, digital recognition model findings, exercise program and exercise records used to answer the chat"

being processed by Vondel, within the scope of the Vondel User Privacy Notice, for the purposes of (1) answering my questions by using an artificial intelligence language model service, (2) having the chats I flag as "this answer is incorrect" read and reviewed by the Vondel team,

and being transferred for these purposes to the suppliers from which the Application obtains services and to the supplier abroad from which the artificial intelligence language model service is obtained.
