Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the related legislation (the "KVKK") grant various rights to natural persons whose personal data are processed (the "Data Subject"). Accordingly, Data Subjects whose personal data are processed by Yiğit Ünalan, operating under the name "Vondel" (the "Data Controller" or "Vondel"), may exercise their rights by applying to the Data Controller in accordance with the legislation.

APPLICATION METHODS
We kindly request that the application be made by filling in this Data Subject Application Form (the "Application Form" or the "Form") as explained below. By law, Data Subject applications must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (the "Board").

Method and Period of Response to the Application
Depending on the nature of the request, Vondel responds to Data Subject applications free of charge, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date the application reaches Vondel, in accordance with the KVKK and the related legislation. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Board; if the response to the application is given on a recording medium, the fee that may be charged cannot exceed the cost of the recording medium. In order to ensure confidentiality and security, additional information or documents may be requested from applicants for identity and authority verification.

Other Provisions
Responsibility: The applicant is obliged to ensure that all information, documents and data submitted in the application are accurate, current and complete. Vondel cannot be held responsible for the consequences of applications made with incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information or of unauthorised applications; if such a situation is detected, Vondel has the right to reject the application.
